The primary focus of the business has been residential and light commercial renovations and remodeling.  Result oriented, dynamic with ability to synchronize multiple teams and projects concurrently, coupled with effective communication skills with all sub-contractors of all levels and diverse background management skills.   Other qualifications include managing projects from their initial negotiations through to the final implementation phases of building.  I am also experienced at hiring, scheduling and maintaining daily on-site supervision of employees and subcontractors.
